赖姜，电子科技大学，研究员，四川省学术与技术带头人后备人选、中核集团“青年英才计划——菁英人才”，任中国空气动力学空气弹性专委会委员、《力学学报》特刊主编，获中国核动力院“突出贡献科技人才奖”，长期从事流致振动与流固耦合理论与实验研究，在Mech. Syst. Signal Pr.、J. Sound Vib.、Phys. Fluids、Eur. J. Mech. A-Solid.等期刊发表论文50余篇，授权国家发明专利16项，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、“xxx”全球首堆堆内构件流致振动实验等多个国家级科研与重大型号项目。
