Prof. Jizhou Lai
Jizhou Lai is a Second-Level Professor/Doctoral Supervisor at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) and a national high-level talent. He received his Ph.D. in "Navigation, Guidance and Control" from NUAA in 2005 and was a visiting scholar at the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies from 2013 to 2014.
Prof. Lai focuses primarily on inertial navigation and satellite navigation, autonomous navigation for unmanned systems, and intelligent perception technologies.
He serves as the Deputy Director of the MIIT Key Laboratory of "Advanced Aircraft Navigation, Control and Health Management" (2016–present) and leads the "Advanced Aircraft Navigation Technology" Top 100 Innovative Research Team at NUAA (2023–present). Furthermore, Prof. Lai also holds positions as aCouncil Member of the Chinese Society of Inertial Technology, Vice Chairman of the Nanjing Society of Inertial Technology, and Executive Council Member of the Jiangsu Association of Automation. He has been honored with theMinistry of Education "Chang Jiang Scholars Program," the second level of Jiangsu Province "333 High-Level Talent Cultivation Project," China Civil Aviation Science and Technology Innovation Top Talent, and Jiangsu Province "Six Major Talent Peaks" high-level talent program.

Prof. Jianbin Qiu
Jianbin Qiu received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2004 and 2009, respectively. He also received the Ph.D. degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, in 2009.
He is currently a Full Professor at the School of Astronautics, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. He was an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow at the Institute for Automatic Control and Complex Systems, University of Duisburg-Essen, Duisburg, Germany. His current research interests include intelligent and hybrid control systems, signal processing, and robotics.
Prof. Qiu is a Fellow of IEEE and serves as the chair of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Harbin Chapter, China. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics.

Assoc. Prof. Khandaker Noman
Dr. Khandaker Noman completed his Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China in 2021. He is currently working as an "Associate Professor" in School of Civil Aviation of Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China.
So far, he has published more than 50 SCI indexed journal articles and 1 English monograph. He has also managed 8 national/provincial/city level research projects in China. He has been involved in more than 10 prestigious international conferences in different capacities such as "Keynote Speaker", "Vice-Chair", "Invited Speaker" and "Session Chair".
At present he is serving as the "Associate Editor" for internationally acclaimed journal namely "Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing (Springer)" and early career editorial board member of "Non-destructive Testing and Evaluation (Taylor and Francis)". Simultaneously he has also been serving as the "Youth Editor" for "Machines (MDPI)" and "Advisory Board member" for "Measurement (Elsevier)".
He is the winner of "The Research Fund for International Young Scientists" and "The Research Fund for International Excellent Young Scientists" from National Natural Science Foundation of China. Due to his significant contribution in the field of prognostic and health management of mechanical equipment, he has been awarded as the "Entrepreneur and Innovation Talent" by Jiangsu Province of China in 2024. As a recognition of research, he has won the "Machines 2023 Young Investigator Award" in 2023 as sole winner in the whole world.
