李元凯，上海交通大学工学博士，加拿大Ryerson大学博士后，电子科技大学副教授。长期从事智能控制与自主无人系统领域研究，学术方向：贝叶斯估计与自适应控制、统计学习与数据驱动控制、定位跟踪与自主控制、集群智能与博弈控制。在IEEE TAES, IEEE CST, IEEE TRO等中科院前20%期刊上发表论文10多篇，Aerospace Systems国际期刊编委，IEEE高级会员，在Springer出版社和高等教育出版社出版著作2部，获教学成果奖1项。

Yuankai Li is an Associate Professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research area includes Bayesian estimation and adaptive control, statistical learning and data-driven control, autonomous control in GNC systems, and swarm intelligence in game control systems. He has authored over 50 academic papers, 2 monographs and 5 book chapters, serving for over 20 international journals and conferences as reviewer, editor, TPC member, or session chair. He is a senior member of the IEEE.
